In today's news - A 5 days old baby dies in Jalandar Civil hospital because the parent could not pay Rs 200/- towards incubator charges Who is to own the responsibility for this sad state of affair - the parent or the hospital authorities?

The Hospital authority whether private or govt. since Health is a Service and not business. Health gets lots of govt. support just like Education so they cannot deny those who cannot afford money.. at least when there is a sensitive case like the said one. Hospital licence should be suspended in case found guilty.

It may be 200,2000,20,000, 2,00,000 or more death of any one already admitted in hospital should njot occure,,Hospital concerned and the elected leader of that area should bear the responsibility and must be made to pay compensation.
