Many times in this same forum I have answered similar question.

My all time favourite would be Sholay.

It was an absolutely flawless movie in every aspect of movie making. Be it story, screenplay, casting, camera, editing, sound, songs, dances, locations, direction - you name anything, everything has been extremely fantastic.

I have seen this movie atleast 2 dozen times and I wouldn't mind seeing this any number of times further.
