Q.
In the US, American chains are exanding to offer Indian themed restaurants such as P.F. Chang's, Asian Bistro (offering Indian food). They obviously are not Indian or Hindu. Is there any Hindu restaurant chain in India that has the capacity to expand in the US with Indian fine dining? If so, they could build a big business. Restaurant chains in the US have billions of dollars of market cap. Recently, the W Hotel and Ritz Carlton Hotel have both opened Indian themed restaurants in Atlanta, Spice Market and Aja respectively.
