In a PSU, if salary scale is 24500-50500, what does it mean exactly? What shall be CTC.

The basic salary at the starting level is 24500 and it will continue till 50500 wit hannual increments to the higest on that grade that is 50500
Then you add HRA CCA and other Misc allowances
It cud be in all 40 K- 80 max
