Q.
In my village there are two houses of one community. you will not believe they burry their expired family members in backyard of house which is just 15-20 ft away, and they have tulsi plant there, or they sit their for lunch, their children play there, or they just sleep very close? does not this sound strange?

Recently it was reported in a news paper that since there is no cemetery for dalits in a village they cremated a dead body in front of the local panchayat office. Such things though strange are happening in India.

If they are using tulsi plants, then they must be Hindus and they must be cremating the dead and not burrial. If it is cremation, after sometime, place is clear from any sign of dead and can be used for any purpose.
