Yes there must be a fire extinguisher in each and every car it is the safety of the passengers and also the vehicle as a health and safety officer in BMW Service Center it is my personel experience and in abroad apart from india in the middle east it is a must in the cars if it is not present the vehicle will not pass the fitness certificate which is a must every year and i suggest the authorities to fallow the trafic rules in the middle east which is very safe and secure for this we need a start and the system should work properly without currept then we can avoid the most of the road accidents. if i am given a chance to work on it specially in Bangalore as i belongs to Bangalore i can do my best to regulate the best trafic regulation which will also avoid the trafic jams too.
Kind Regards,
Abdul Rasheed,
