Dear Mohit,

I may off some help in get rid off from anxiety & depression. I ASSURE you it will works definitely. Just the patient need to change the life style.

I new one person who is suffering from the same disorder. The simple way to get rid off from it is the change in LIFE STYLE. first the patient have to develop a self commitment for a regular time execution. he must keep the mind busy in tiny and less important tasks.

The well experienced life style to keep away the anxiety is as here under.:

NIGHT.: Be prepare in night to fight this disease. take a glass hot of milk before going the bed exactly. the milk is a good tranquilizer (like medicine) Keep the information instruments like T.V./Radio etc. away from night schedule other wise what ever the patient hear will replayed/repeated in night and the patient can not take a good slip. the aim of night for patient is to take a SOUND slip. timing of going into bed must b 8.30 to 9.30 PM in any conditions.
