Gone With The Wind is a fantastic book written by Margaret Mitchell. It is a turbulent romance of Scarlett O'Hara and Rhett Butler and is shaped by the ravages of the Civil War and Reconstruction. Sometimes the book is only remembered for the epic motion picture but was initially a compelling and entertaining novel.
