Obvious. Rajasekara Reddy is the brain behind this and therefore Raju will be treated like a VVIP in Jail. You can see that in few days he leveas the jail and allowed to happily spend his days at any place he likes.

In India anybody doing a fraud / scam of Rs. 8000 Crores has to pay a fine of Rs.25 Crores, so why unlimited liberties should not be possible for any one in or out of Jail ?
