This is by itself a mighty and onerous task by the C & AG. Their audit reports are analysed by the parliament and some of the bold reports given by them have brought to light many misdoings in the various ministries. Many matters have gone to court.
After so many years it is only now that we hear about the bold reports coming from this office and we should thank the present PM for being encouraging and not interferring with this office. It seems he has given them a free hand. Lets hope for the best.
