In case of a surrogate motherhood, does the woman who carried the fetus for nine months develop motherly feelings for the child? Also is there also a bond between the child and his biological mother?

This is the main hurdle one gets in confusion while thinking about arranging a surrogate mother. The feeling of a woman toward her child has no change in this situation too. Because her carrying is natural and hence her feelings towards the child is too natural. Even if she carries under certain oblgiation of surrogation, both she and the child do develop a bond. Man may manipulate but the God has no two sides on Hiss gift of motherhood. There are cases where surrogate mothers refused to give away their children after childbirth.

Bond between child and biological mother is quite natural because mom helps it develop in case mom gets the child. We know that mom's get attached to adopted kids too and so does the child.
As far as surrogate moms who rent their womb, I am sure they develop the feeling for that life which they help create, but they do it for money so they have to cut the cord.

It is very complicated.
The fertilized egg was not hers,
it was implanted in her womb.
But, yes she does or could develop motherly feelings
for the child.
But the child, if it well looked after by the real parents,
will not develop any bonds with the surrogate mother.
