Blame it on 'karma'.
Curse for supporting atheists and communists for such a long time is bound to show result.

The tenants and owners of the various flats in the building are to be blamed. All these years they have not bothered to maintain the building and make provision for meeting such contingent calamities. They have floated rules and undertaken illegal construction. What had happened had happened and any witch hunting is not going to improve the situation. So what had happened at Stephens Court should be used as a case study by other nearby buildings like Karnani Mansion and similar buildings in other cities and ensure preventive steps are immediately taken in other building so that such event do not repeat again somewhere else.
