In arranged marriage if boy talks to her girl more abt her figur and romance.is he normal.. is it good on him to gift her a mini tight top on the first day of his visit to her home?? how much ever social they may be in talks...pls suggest

Such a perception, thought and deed of that person show that either he is a pervert or abnormal, as decency, decorum and basic ethical values mission in that person, howsoever advanced is the social fabric these days...!
