There r 2 main communications: written n verbal so to improve both while working, get an internet enabled mobile(gprs/edge), keep on participating in discussion forums like rediff Q&A, make friends, keep on chatting, discuss over mobile etc soon u'll find ur communication skills improving. For better English Speaking, u can attend Ramnathan's Effective Public Speaking Institute, Chennai's 3 days/1 day trg program, otherwise get an MP3 copy of Dr Girish Patel etc, Brahmakumaris Presentation skills CD in ur mobile n listen whenever u find time while on job or in the night. U can attend some personality development training programs of Brahmakumaris designed in weekends which r suitable to working professionals.
