You may take cost of construction at Rs1000/ sft . Total cost 7x2800x1000=1.96,00,000 Say 2crores

Construction cost highly dependent on type of finishing and mechanisation used,,,, for average finishing it will vary from 800 to 1200 depending on labour cost and mechanisation
