Yes. If you see greens, you will feel at peace but if you see red, you will feel irritating. Colours do change our mood. Light colours are having soothing effect on our mind but gaudy colours have opposite effect.

100%,,from ,yunaan,,misr,saudiarabian people try the color threapy since centuries ,,,the threapy called ,,ilaag-e-shamshi,,they use diffrent colors glass full of water on sun light ,,,for difrent disies ,,color reflect our mood,,the black red and dark color absorves sun light and make us hot,,white color feels us peace ,,and light color feels comfort light,,,

It does induce some effects but it depends on the depth and fragility of the mood..if that mood is in the mood to accept and retain the mood stimulated by the associated colour..a colour can stimulate, can induce, can dilute but can not change the mood altogether..
