Nothing can be done. But at the same time you can't eat an unpaid stuff with a guilty conscience. So, better offer it to any under-priveleged person, who approaches you for food...!

..shout for the seller to come back if s/he is in a hearing range, else cannot do much except to feel guilty..

You can always throw the money from the window as it always take some time to pick up speed and leave the platform but definately you can throw back what you bought.
