Hi ! U should not eat heaty items like dates, cheese, raw papaya, etc... Please also avoid too much intake of caffeine like tea, coffee & also junk food & food stuff made of maida like pizza, bread, farsan, etc which would give you constipation problem. Even Chinese is best to be avoided during this period as it contains ajinomoto which is not good for health.

No don't stop eating in pregnancy period. Food is essential for body and child growth. but don't take to much heavy food which is typical to digest. Take green vegitables, chapati, cheese, milk, fruits, juce and salad. This is the diet which can give proper growth to child and your body. If you can digest then take Daal soup also.

Hi. Avoid Papaya, Sesame seeds, Pineapple, too many dry fruits and nuts, Figs, Horsegram, cheeses and MSG found in chinese food. Also reduce intake of ginger and honey. Cut down on Tea and coffee and other foods containing caffeine. Of course smoking and alcohol is an absolute no. Check with your doctor before u take any drugs during pregnancy.
