For doing Ph.D. one need the following: 1. A P.G. degree in a subject similar to what is aimed in Ph.D. 2. A recognized institution to undertake the Ph.D. work. 3. A recognized guide to supervise the work. If you have a viable idea, you approach a qualified guide and take his further advise.
