Q.
An article " Mother fights off leopard to save daughter's life" in a Mumbai daily. It is commendable that the great mother Draupadi bravely fought off a leopard to save her 7 year old daughter. Residents of the area around Yeoor Hills should be told not to venture out after dark and the Forest Dept should try to trap the animal or put it down, since it has tasted blood and may strike again. Also, the govt should ensure that human settlements do not encroach into forest area. Comment??

Unfortunately the problem is because of human enroachment into wild areas. Neways the bravery of the mother in fighting off the leopard is marvellous. Her motherly instincts gave her all the courage and determination to set the beast off. The best bet would be to relocate the people elsewhere away from nature.
