First two options......ruled out.
Third option..............a good option, but is feasible only when:

[b] Discourage dynstic politics.
[c] Cut down the in-flow of BLACK-MONEY in polls.
[d] Implement electoral reforms more strictly.
[e] Break the CRIMINAL -POLITICIAN nexus.
[f] No charge-sheeted politician to contest elections.
[g] Revamp the Bureaucracy, the Police , the Panchayati
Raj System. ...more

Third option is better. But our Voting pattern is different. Only educated people can judge and vote for such leaders/politicians. Hence amendment in constitution is necessary for voting pattern which is not possible in this country.

First option - american will sell the country
Second option - our politicians will make American learn rather than learning themselves.
Third option most viable, but by the time these youngsters get to the top slot, they themselves will become corrupt. (Carrying the same legacy, having the same blood)
And thinking of assigning them top positions at young stage is not feasible, oldies will never let them their golden positions.

Even if i tell u that third option is better the oldie politicians will not allow young people to govern unless the young is a daughter or son of an existing politician. e.g. Kanimozhi, Pawar's daughter, Murli Deora, Rahul Gandhi, etc.

None The politicians in USA are worse.Out politicians do not learn good practice. If sent abroad they will spend tax payers money in night clubs.
Even if you identify good leaders, you can not put them in position.
