I won't unless he/she is disable. I don't believe in handing out free money, one has to earn his or her own money.

May also be his deserving wants or,an appreciation that what he does for petty alms we cant perform as acting for thousands.
May be that grace of God so-far,let us didn't put in that aw-some situation.
May also be,because he is lender of past birth so as-to be entitled for recovery.
