None would protect a common man ...only rich can get away as tax defaulters ..many super rich like ambani,tata haevn't paid taxes in thousand of crores

Who protects beggars!!!....but any way....when u undergo bad faith.....none r around despite paying all u'r taxes!!!! They wud always be there after et instance to trouble u!!!!

b) Health & Education
c) Water & Public sannitation.
