If you are hitting or harming somebody, you are not in your control. If you have anger, greed, jealousy and hatret, your mind is not in control of yourself. How weak you are for not in control of yourself?

And that lack of control arises on account of the wrong basement on which u have built ur SELF or identity............the mind and Ego!
