Q.
If wrong rumours about me are spreading in the office, is it advisable to clear myself up or should i ignore till it comes up directly to me for any clarification?

Be urself and there is no need to prove anything to anybody in the life as long as u r correct. I would never try any uncalled for justifications and let ppl. play their game as It would never succeed on long run.
