Its one combined effort to make world a better place. Like how, just men ruling the world , without the support of women works no better, similarly, if women are leading from the front, they would still need the support of men in different areas that men could do better in support.
Just one gender ruling the world is not a great idea .Let woman and man power together bring peace n make world a better place to live..!

You've heard the saying "Behind every great man is a great woman" and it's right, men might think they're the head, but women are the neck that turn that head.
