Indian money is accepted in Nepal; most of the Nepalese are in jobs in India in various fields specially security personnel; and in defence. They are paid in Indian currency and when they go home in vacations, they carry with them only Indian rupee. The border between the two nations are not very guarded; people of both the nations are freely coming and going from there and here. . But, lately Nepal being annoyed is imposing restrictions on Indians.Answered by Om Shrivastava, 10 Oct '13 09:51 pm
