Mysore in Karnataka is famous for Mysore Silk (I have visited the silk making factory and recommend it), Sandlewood, the Devaraja Fruit and Vegetable Market and most particularly Mysore Palace. I really enjoyed the tour of the Palace and would happily visit again.
