Terrorism is safely abetted by well educated, least suspecting individuals ( even family members are not aware ). They have no criminal records. So to nullify their move, their social grievances must be addressed. Positive sign would be not to target any particular community. Police is regarded as suspicion for their highhandedness at ground level. For police to nab them, the police have to depend on long time local residents. People must come forward to help them. And we should be alert and cautious at all the places especially a crowded place or place of importance, while travelling etc are some of the ways a citizen can help prevent terror attacks.

The citizens can stand united and force the Government to be awaken always by keeping the political leaders under tender hooks and pressurising them to tighten up security and upgrading amenities. If one voice speaks loudly rather than umpteen voices speak from different corners in a low voices makes a huge difference.
Secondly, citizens of India should feel the belonginess and should ask themselves: Who is responsible for their safety and feel that it is their duty to know that every individual's safety is to be looked after by self.
Thirdly, if we have to undergo some delay or any interuptions on account of checking etc...as a citizen we should not grumble and co-operate with the security personnels and keep our eyes and ears open always and give a feed back to the security if,any thing, abnormality is observed and in turn security should act swiftly rather than getting the orders of their superiors.

We must debate the issues freely across the religious divide. We must be vigilent about the sleeping modules existing in our vicinity and inform the security agencies and the govt of any suspecious activity around us.The citizens of minority community must be specially careful and vigilent on this.We must mobilise public opinion so that our security apparatus gets better manpower, resources, training and equipment. The public opinion against religious indoctrination by the Institutions and individuals must be created so that easy recrutment anf fanaticism in the name of religion are miimised.
