It is very difficult to quit any habit or addiction , people do not quit it even a the cost of threat to their own life; but when it is the question of quitting it for some loved one, people do so even at the cost of their own life.

Yes...immediately....none of my so-called habits ....are bigger than the loved ones....it will hardly take couple of minutes....or less....
