If the goods are imported and we have duty i.e basic duty , ce. ex duty, additional duty sad, than in that case on which duty we will get cenvat credit if we are manufacturers

For imported goods only customs duty is applicable, you can claim cenvat credit only if you reexport the items with in 6 months as finished/semifinished component/item
