If notices were served earlier in 2006 & 2007 as it is claimed by the IT department, he is answerable. Though now this is a pure case of vindicative attitude of the Government. Why they kept quiet for so many years? Both the parties are at fault & Kejriwal must pay it to save the image of Anna & Co.

Unlikely to affect the movement of Anna Hazare and his Team. Because the people know that the government is vindictive in nature after seeing its timing.

Sir, Govt. is doing everything to save their image from deterioting further. Since the beginning of the Anna Hazare movement, the Govt never seemed to act pragmatically. The government offered to have a dialogue with Anna's team, in the hope that the temporary respite would make Anna and team to reconcile, once a joint committte is formed to draft the bill. But Anna proved a hard nut to crack or to buckle under pressure. Government tried all possible tricks. They even maligned the civil society team. But its OK people at last realized what congress is upto and would never fall for their dirty tricks.
