.If small time crime is prevented then law and order will improve, Yes law and order will surely improve but crime prevention is the job of police and they are paid for it.. society can contribute by self disciplining it self and extending support to police.

Only AWARENESS is needed........without that ...it can not be prevented..............People have to AWARE about our Rules and Regulations.........We should not Totally Rely upon the Rulers...............IT is now our Duty to come to gather and prevent the Crime !! : o

Girls should be given special trainings right from primary school level, must speak out to thier parents, openly if they are harrassed, there was a show of amir khan for this

the girls should learn to shout , if any such incident happens
or else this will increase the ratio and the day will come girls wont be able to come out even with her family
