If single phelps alone can win 22 gold medals in 4 consecutive olympics then a cntry wd such a huge population be able to win a single medal for it?

Unfortunately, the medal is earned by the most talented and competitive in a competition governed by rules and regulations. Otherwise quite a lot would have been won by the wards and chamchas of the politicians of India exceeding the Padma awards. Have we not insulted the Padma Awards by making it so common? Let it not happen to Bharat Ratna, we wish.

many factors.here.
roti kapda makan, is the main need,. young boys girls dont struggle for sports but EMPLOYMENT. which fulfill life long need. running, jumping, swimming are a few minutes job.
an Indian cant afford to WASTE time yes i say waste of time for such thing where onlly ONE gets a chance .
