I was a silent, reserved and introvert till the age of 20 yrs, when I realized that I dont change but my approach towards people changed. I became outgoing, mixing with people and now they he is a jolly good fellow. Actually I am the same but because of some changes of behavioral pattern changed I became good.

U can't satisfy all people and even of u will do ur best they will say u didn't do anything .. so better to do the best and leave the rest to god :-)
