If Railways allowed to run as industries by Privatisation by many regional companies, would it not be turn into profiteering industries?

Yes then the social necessity of the society will be left out and just by opening up, it is not a guarantee that it will become pforit enterprises - kingfisher and jet are exampels

See fate of airlines run privately.in privatisation public will suffer and it is welfare state instead strict discipline and work culture shouldbe intriduced
