Which PM? Man Mohan Singh or Atal Bihri Vajpayee ji?? According to CAG, allocation of coal mines allotted since 1997 (BJP Raj) were without any transparency and without any advertisement and there was no rule of law observed in alloting these mines. Even the Panel headed by Trinamool Congress today said the same thing that Congress as well BJP, both are to be equally blamed for the 'illegal' allocation of coal mines.
