If narendra modi becomes the pm after the next general elections, will he wage a war with pakistan to dismantle all terror camps and also settle kashmir issue ??

No. The USA is already conducting Proxy War against Pakistan's Haqqani gang. The next PM will be more accomodating and trade will flourish between India and Pakistan. At the same time Modi will keep a very strong vigilance on the Indo-Pakistan and Indo-China border with the latest sophisticated equipments . No Commission based Weapons trade with Russia because, unlike the Gandhi dynasty , Narendra Modi has no Swiss Bank accounts
