If your action hurts someone unknowingly, it shouldn't affect you.
There is a fine line though, suppose you were driving in high speed with no bad intention and unknowingly you hurt someone, its your fault because your action was not a responsible action.

Yes, isliye kuchh bolane aur kuchh karane ke pahale thoda soch lein ki yeh kisi bhi tarah kisi ko hurt to nahin karega.. Achhe Doctor medicines patiens ke bhale ke liye hi dete hein par pahale pataa kar lete hein ki koi adverse reaction to nahin hoga.

You can try to atone it. But it is some previous bad karma of that person making him hurt
