Quite often, the gadgets fitted in our country are inferior in quality and more cases are that power goes off due to failure of switches or loose contact in wire etc. Where as such problems are never faced in USA or Japan. We use substandard quality of electrical fittings and many a times, when neighbour's light is on, our light goes off due to this reason. That is why, we check our neighbour's lights first.
