Constitution has been drafted to disciplinize the nation as a whole...
So that everyone can lead a stress-free life sans any chaos.....
But if at anytime, any of the law found to be unrealistic or unsocial, then voice is raised against the same to amend it....and it has also been amended....(However the supreme amending institution has now become opportunist and passes only those laws which allows them to cling to their chair )
But the idea of disobeying and combating those laws individually amounts to anti-socialism & pro-criminal.....which should not & can not also be afforded

It will amount to chaos and lawlessness if an individual is allowed to adjudge the just and unjust nature of law.
the constitution of a country forms the basis of enactment of law and any law ultravirous the constitution can be challenged in courts.
Taking law in ones own hand
