If human fife is so precious, then why airoplanes are not built using the metal which is used for manufacturing BLACK BOX (even if it is heavy in weight)...???

Hahaha.. really good Q,,, ans is black box is almost happens to be solid and the cost would rise - say for arguement - 4 folds,, hich would definitely go to the passenger... so how many would be willing to pay - 40k for a delhi mumbai retrn ???

Most aeroplanes are made of aluminium and others of composites...they are light. Air mishaps doesn't happen due to light material of the fuselage...many factors are involved. Mostly it is human error in Avionics.
