Concentration is a mental activity. Meditation is surpassing the mind or disengaging the mind.
Yes, sex can be meditation sometimes. In intense and deep sexual experience, the mind STOPS and those are moments where ego drops and u r one with the whole. There are ways of pursing spirituality through sex. This was first discovered and practiced in India, and the discipline is known as TANTRA (left) !
