FDI in infrastructure n power will hurt the common man as the common man has to pay for the facilities. In FDI,the retailers, most of whom sell adulterated goods may suffer but will benefit the consumers n the farmers by eliminating middlemen.

Passing law for fdi is one thing and getting foreigners to invest is something else. so far only one company has shown real interest in FDI and that is IKEA, but even that has not been finally approved
