1) The Paper Tiger finds it easy to hang a defenseless pen pusher. His gun is his pen.
2) Whereas the so called humanists are the carnivorous in sheeps clothing. Touch them and you get killed by the bullets flying from all sides.
3) Moreover, there is an additional advantage in keeping such things boiling to derive electoral advantage by using the name of a certain community.
4) As far as Naxalites are concerned, the Paper Tiger has already lost the game. It really hurts the ego. So try to hang someone.
5) Trying to hang a cartoonist is a two pronged strategy. It sends a signal to the media that the Paper Tiger also to be feared. Or else ..
6) Probably most of the people do not understand that the Paper Tiger is trying to enact a farce all in the name of sedition. It does not hold any water in the judicial court as the cops cannot substantiate their claim as to how the so called sedition is going to jeopardize the security of the nation. As a cartoonist, Aseem is just a copy cat who seems to be copying the ideas of other cartoonist. If at all he had to be arrested it could be for stealing of ideas but definitely not for sedition. As such this mediocre up coming cartoonist not much known for his creativity or originality would have not lasted long as a cartoonist. But he has now been made a national figure by this arrest and being charged of sedation of all things. The whole episode seems to be a big goof up by some over enthusiastic police official .

Aseem did some thing for the people, but these people r doing it for personal gains. The politicians r forgetting that Constitution is for the people. Are the politicians living up to the oath of upholding India's integrity? They r constitutionally bound for that. What about the Thakerys?Should not all elected representatives, who speak (without understanding)against the unity n integrity of the nation ,face disqualification for breach of oath, which they usually take after election?Sedition charge against Trivedi is ridiculous. It is against the spirit of the constitution n for the politicians ,that he was arrested.
