You are right.. That boy is a grown up boy and should be punished as an adult.. If he is not punished, it is an injustice on the victim

Strict punishment might seem appropriate but once a society has made a law about juveniles , it should stand by it. Otherwise systems will break down and there would be anarchy.
It would be better if a criminal like this is not hanged rather than setting a precedent where a innocent juvenile is hanged in future.
Or let the law makers amend this law for everyone and specify for which crimes would a juvenile be tried as an adult

When a minor doing a crime of an adult he / she must be punished with IPC meant for all Not by Juvenile clause
In Delhi case this minor only did a max damage to brave heart lady
so no sentiments. etc etc
Hang him till he dead
