If a person doesn't cry or shout when "Injured"..does it means that he is not in "Pain"..??

NO its not necessary..............
I think it just means ki us person ko shayad logo ne or life ne itna injure kiya h ki ab use in injuries se fark nhi padta

When a person injured immediately he/she will not feel pain, pain will shoot up towards evening/night
