JAZAKALLAH KHAIR AKHI . I FRNAKLY DON'T KNOW THE ANSWER . I GOT TO CHECK THAT IN LIGHT OF SAHIH HADITH . I HAVE NO IDEA OF 100 TIMES BUT SUBHANALLAH IF WE READ THAT WHILE LEAVING THE HOUSE AND ENTERING IT THERE IS SECURITY - IN FACT MOST THE HOUSES ON THE MAIN DOOR IN MUSLIM COUNTRIES HAVE THAT
"SUBHAANALLAHI
WA BIHAMDIHI SUBHAANALLAHIL AZEEM
ALL THIS ARE PART OF DHIKR ALLAH AND IT IS EASY AND CAN BE RECITED ANY WHERE LIKE
ALLAHU AKBAR
LA HOWLA BILAQUWATO ILLAH BILLAH
ASTAGFIRRULLAH
SUBHANALLAH WALHAMDULILAH LA ILAHA ILLALLAH WALLAHU AKBAR
In spite of the great merits of dhikr. Allah has made it very easy. There are no preconditions attached to it. Dear, the last hadith of Bukhari Sharif in the second and last volume narrated by Abu-Hurairah talks about the same words: (Kalimatani Habibataani ilarRahman, khafifataani alallisaan, thaqeelatan fil meezan, Subhanallahi wa bihamdihi, Subhanallihil Azeem) there are two words, much beloved to Rahman( Allah), easy on tongue ( to recite), heavey on the scale, Subhanallahi wa bihamdihi, Subhanallihil Azeem.
Allah is really merciful, he forgives the sins and tells us how to get virtues and rewards from Allah in an easy manner.

Brother Abdul Hameed you bring the topics of under the grave or above of in the skies. As I wrote an answer to the previous question .As for zikr there is no limit only skies are the limit. Leaving the Fardh and catching whole heartedly Nawafil is not advisable. Brother we have to live in this world so be practical.
