Censorship is already in place with Indian Movies. The Central Board of Film Certification allows release of certain films with sexually explicit content (A rated) which can only be to be shown in restricted spaces and viewed only by people of age 18 and above. Only people who deliberately attend these movies to view these scenes will see them. Everyone else is unaffected. Citizens must have freedom of choice about what they do - the Government cannot dictate how people should live their lives. I personally do not approve of such scenes in movies therefore I do not wish to see them - freedom of choice!

There is difference between sex scenes and vulgar scenes. If sex scenes are shot with a good taste then its pleasure to see that scene, but there is fine line between it. A good director can make a love making scene very beautiful, which should be appreciated...:-)
A vulgar scene should not pass censor certificate.
