We shoud divide india into 4 parts, north, south, west and east and dissolve all states and assemblies.Four states will have four vicepresidents.all present constiyuencies of MPs will be retained but in every constituenies two one male and one female member will be elected.MPS of all 4 parts will select ministers and primeminister.it will help to save crores of rupees on state governers and MLA. and will be better governed and encourage national integration like army units.
